発言小町や2chやはてな匿名ダイアリーといった匿名媒体に限らず、時に実名で活動されている方も釣りをします。目的は、注目されること、ポジションを明確にすることで支援者（フォロワー、ファン）を増やすことです。今日、はてブの人気エントリー入りしていた、この方のTweetがこの点で顕著であったため、紹介いたします。
イケダハヤトさんに色々言っているおぢさん達は、まず自分が毎日何かネットで書くと良いですね。毎日できるかな? 他人への文句じゃなく自分の意見を書くんですよ。そしてPVやアフィリエイトで実践だすの。やってみたら大変ですよ。出版社さんから書籍も出してね。お声かかるかしら。
自分は浅学寡聞で、ここで挙げられている方と、Tweetされているご本人とも、よく存じ上げないのですが、はてブコメントを見ると、お二人ともネット上の有名人で、炎上が売りなようです。
釣りポイントを個別に分解して解説していきます。

まず、”色々言っている”で、人の批判・コメントをすべて一括りにするという雑な議論をスタートさせた上で、”おぢさん”という言葉を使用。”おじさん”ではなく、”おぢさん”がポイントですよね。批判者はすべて中年男性であると決めつけた上で、嘲笑する意図が込められています。そして、ターゲットを中年男性＝大人に定めているのに、”毎日できるかな?”と、子どもに諭すような語りかけをするのは、相手を見下しているアピールであり、この一文で、中年男性を釣る釣り針がはっきり見えます。
他人への文句じゃなく自分の意見を書くんですよ。
ご自身のこのTweet自体が意見と呼べるような精緻なものではありませんから、ブーメランです。ブーメランになっていることぐらい分かっているでしょうから、これも釣り針。
そしてPVやアフィリエイトで実践だすの。やってみたら大変ですよ。
批判をするには何かの条件を越えてからというのは、ある素養を身につけてからという意味のある場合もありますが、批判者の言論を封じる方法として、その条件を越えた人が使うことがあるため、素直に受け取っていいかは注意が必要です。また、事例として、PVやアフィリエイトを出してしまうと、著名ネットウォッチャーのkanoseさんが仰っているように、
@kanose PVやアフィリエイトで成果を出しているから偉いんだ！と言ったら、2chまとめサイトやアレげなネットニュースだってそうな訳で、そこに強い価値を見出すというのは、コンテンツを評価する目がない人ですね…という印象である
あまり適切ではない人しか、批判を許せないということになってしまいます。結局は、ここも釣りで、

これらの条件を満たしている人のほうが少ないのは分かっていて、あえて書いているんですよね。もちろん、”お声かかるかしら”は、”お声かからないですよね”という皮肉です。
こうやって、一つ一つ読み解いていくと、このTweetの意図は「批判をするには、批判者にも素養が必要となってくる」と言う、誠実な問いかけをしたいのではなく、「単著もない、無名の中年おっさんが、騒いでいるのは恥ずかしいね」という嘲笑をしたいことが分かります。
Twitter上でのご経歴を拝見すると、コンサルタント経験があり、海外経験も豊富で、元国連職員で、単著を出されていることからも、社会性もあり、言葉の持つ意味についてはよく理解されている、信頼できる方だと思われます。そのような方があえて、このような嘲笑をされるのは、そして、その他のTweet（一例として下記）でも同様の汚い言葉使いを多用されているのは、不注意の産物というより、意図的な炎上＝釣りだと考えられます。

以上のように、Twitter上では、注目目的、ポジションをはっきりさせるために、あえて釣りをする人がいます。以前も書きましたが、釣り師は注目されることに快楽を感じますので、釣り師をのさばらせたくなければ、スルーをすることを推奨いたします。
Obama proposes $100m to map the human brain
President Barack Obama on Tuesday asked Congress to spend $100 million next year on a new project to map the human brain in hopes of eventually finding cures for disorders like Alzheimer’s, epilepsy and traumatic injuries.
Obama said the so-called BRAIN Initiative could create jobs and eventually lead to answers to ailments including Parkinson’s and autism and help reverse the effect of a stroke. The president told scientists gathered in the White House’s East Room that the research has the potential to improve the lives of billions of people worldwide.
‘‘As humans we can identify galaxies light-years away,’’ Obama said. ‘‘We can study particles smaller than an atom, but we still haven’t unlocked the mystery of the three pounds of matter that sits between our ears.’’
BRAIN stands for Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies. The idea, which Obama first proposed in his State of the Union address, would require the development of new technology that can record the electrical activity of individual cells and complex neural circuits in the brain ‘‘at the speed of thought,’’ the White House said.
Obama wants the initial $100 million investment to support research at the National Institutes of Health, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and the National Science Foundation. He also wants private companies, universities and philanthropists to partner with the federal agencies in support of the research. And he wants a study of the ethical, legal and societal implications of the research.
The goals of the work are unclear at this point. A working group at NIH, co-chaired by Cornelia ‘‘Cori’’ Bargmann of The Rockefeller University and William Newsome of Stanford University, would work on defining the goals and develop a multi-year plan to achieve them that included cost estimates.

Hi! Everyone, are you fine? I’m Tetsu SHIONUMA （塩沼 哲) who was a nightclub DJ. Spring has come into my brain, because I’m a little bit crazy recently. He He He.
Well… Let’s start my report on the “RMC + PLUS” which was held at CAVE in Koenji, Tokyo on Feb. 10, 2013.
Imagine.. my report… for your reality.
The party begun at 10 pm. The 1st DJ for main floor is “MINORI”, the organizer of this party “RMC”.
Music he is spinning is the Epic Trance, famous and popular tracks from the “Cyber TRANCE” produced by “avex” group. People in the main floor not so many at this time. However, the 1st DJ is very important for the party, I think. And people are dancing enjoyably.
Wow! This track is “Airwaves” of Rank 1, right? I like the truck very much. I’m feeling happiness reminding the legendary dance party “Cyber TRANCE @velfarre” in Roppongi, Tokyo. DJ MINORI also likes spinning the UK hard House, which is harder and more leaping like dance music than Trance.
A next DJ is “U-Qi”. People on the floor are gradually increasing…
He is spinning mainly the Uplifting Trance tonight. His choice of Uplifting Trance is similar to my choice, I think. However, his choice seems a little harder than mine. Yeah! Actually, I love the Uplifting Trance, you know, and of course I enjoyed dancing being covered with his nice Trance.
DJ was changed to “Kosmo+”. He is mainly good at the Progressive Trance. Also, he likes making Mush-ups which are tracks mixed several tracks into a track.
By the way, this is the first time for him to DJ in the main floor of the CAVE! How is he feeling? Enjoying? I checked his face. Ha ha ha. He looks so exited! Hey Kosmo+, welcome to the RMC main floor!
Who is a next DJ? Oh my God! It’s me! LOL I, DJ Tetsu SHIONUMA, am gonna spinning the Uplifting Trance as usual.
I have 60 minutes for my set tonight. Thanks, MINORI-kun! To tell you the truth, I haven’t made a set-list for DJing tonight, just am thinking I’m gonna spinning several my favorite tracks such as “Ligaya”, “The Story Teller” and so on looking at the atmosphere in the main floor.
A next DJ is… Oops! A next person is not a DJ but a comedy artist whose name is “DISC 百合音” (Yurion).
This is the first time for the RMC to invite the comedy artist. The main floor is beeing covered with laughing! LOL LOL
And then.. a next DJ is.. “Nhato”, the main guest DJ for the party tonight! A young and new creator / DJ who has been making new style and unique Progressive / Tech House / Trance and so on.
People in the main floor are so excited! Of course, also am I. I’m so proud of that I have DJed with him in the RMC tonigh. Thanks, MINORI-kun again!
A next DJ is **** and next next DJ is ****. I’m sorry I can’t report on their DJing because I have slept in a lounge floor.

I am looking out outside from my parents’ previous apartment when I was maybe 3 years old. I could see some shops near our apartment from there.
お仕事をご一緒した、とあるギャルのモデルさんと打ち合わせをしていた時のこと、その子が面白い事を言っていました。その子はとても素直で良い子で、人の悪口をこそこそ言うようなタイプでは全くないことを前置きさせていただきますが、ふとこんな事を言っていたのです。
ギャルの女の子：ちょっと太った女の子とかに共通する事をあたし見つけちゃったんです。
屈託のない笑顔で話しだした彼女は、もうめちゃくちゃに細くて、何度か一緒に仕事をしたことがあるのですが、性格も天真爛漫で明るく、スタイルがびっくりするほど良いんですね。まさか太った子の悪口みたいなことを言ったりするタイプではないので、何を言い出すのかなと思っていたら、
ギャルの女の子：ちょっと太った女の子って、必ず「いいね〜太らない体質で」って言うんです。
その子は、またこう続けます。
ギャルの女の子：それで私が痩せる為にしていることとかをちょっと教えてあげるじゃないですか？そうすると、そういう子に限って何も知らないんですよ。半身浴の仕方も、マッサージの仕方も、ご飯の食べる順番も、そんな当たり前の事も知らなかったりするんです。
そして次の言葉に僕はドキッとしました。
ギャルの女の子：キレイになろうとしている子は、ぼやくよりも先にまず、その子の真似をするんです。だから必ず「化粧品何使ってる？」とか「何かマッサージしてる？」とか、聞いてくるんです。
僕がなぜドキッとしたかというと、これは太ってる痩せてるに限った話ではなくて、全ての人に当てはまるなと。まずぼやくのか、まず何かを得ようとするのか、これはどんな人にも、どんな場合にも当てはまるし、実際僕も、そんな感じでぼやいた事がないかと言えば、心当たりがないではないように思うのです。
その子は本当に、美やファッションに対して、とにかくどん欲で、あらゆることを勉強していて、いつも偉いな〜と思っていたんです。
これからはちょっと自分の行動も、この基準で見直せば分かりやすいなあと思ったので、ブログにしてみました。
